    Lids Not Sealed

    The bamboo lids are not sealed or properly dried on these so you will occasionally get a box where the natural oils will continue to leach out of the bamboo after you have made your candle masking the initial opening fragrance of the candle with the wood lid smell making customers not buy them.

    Lids do not fit

    I as really exited for these to come in, unfortunately the lids are too large on every single one of mine, I bought the rosy color as well. In both cases the lids sit askew or if you really force them down they pop back up or are super difficult to remove. Not ideal, not super happy with the production. Is it possible both sets were sent with the wrong sized lids?? Maybe? Will message customer service… for Now I have to buy lids from another supplier. -------From Jar Store: We are sorry the lids did not fit for your order.     I’ve ordered over 200 and have only ever seen maybe one defect. None have arrived broken.
