Libbey 2917 Jars
These are pretty classic looking jars for my candles. I've been using them for over 2 years now, but I wasn't happy with my recent order of them as the jar floors was severely unleveled. Out of the 3 cases I order of the several of the jars were sloped down making the jar difficult to wick for my candles. Yes, have been in contact with customer support and they haven't been much help for that matter. We've been emailing back & fourth. It took them 3-4 days to hear back from their manufacture. I ordered 3 cases and noticed the same issues across all 3. Initially I was instructed to only ship or mail 3 of the jars to out of the 3 cases of 36 ( totaling 108 jars). Which was fine because some of the jars were still usable and not as bad as others. I proceeded to make candles with the jars that weren't affected. I run a business, so I have orders that needed to fulfilled and sent out. I was sent an email on May 20 from jarstore to send back all 3 cases. This would have been no issue to do, had I been told upfront but I wasn't. I was told a week later after the jars had been used and made into candles. What do you do?
